Banana-Strawberry Smoothie

This is a recipe that I use to drink smoothies. I don't drink it anymore, haven't gotten around to make it.
For two people :
1. Full glass of milk
2. Whole banana
3. 6 Strawberrys
4. 4 Scoops of Vanilla Ice cream or 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
For yourself :
1. Half glass of milk
2. 3/4 of banana
3. 3 Strawberrys
4. 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice cream or 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
Try it out yourself and tell me how it tastes! Enjoy the smoothie!

Sounds like a carb bomb. It is pretty awesome, as I have made these before. Try this:
6 oz. any orange soda
2 medium scoops vanilla ice cream (for texture)
2 medium scoops orange concentrate
Very good recipe. Refuels very well. Can make you thirsty, as a warning.
